I applied online. I interviewed at Distributed Sun
Interview
Respect the candidates' time and expertise. A 6-stage process for an assistant/associate role is excessive and suggests a lack of internal alignment. If you are looking for "culture fit," that can be determined in 2-3 focused rounds/ panel interviews. Passing a candidate around "like a ball" to every department creates a poor candidate experience and reflects a disorganized internal structure. I recommend defining a clear hiring roadmap before posting a role to avoid candidate burnout.
