Distron Management interview questions

I initially had a phone interview, and then was asked to come in for an in person interview. I was asked to fill out an application which seemed odd as they had my resume. I spoke with several people and toured the facility. I was there for about 45 minutes. Everything seemed to go well but I never heard back. It seems very unprofessional to not follow up with an email to say they are choosing a different candidate.
