I applied online through LinkedIn then received a phone interview request from the Talent Acquisition Manager a week later. He communicated quickly & appropriately until after the phone interview. He called 15-20 mins AFTER our scheduled time, granted he did apologize an applicant could NEVER get away with showing up late for an interview. He did seem preoccupied & wasn’t quite prepared for the interview at all. It was very casual but I could tell where the effort lacked. However, he stated that they move very quickly in their process & that he would schedule me for the next interview the following Tuesday at 3pm. He would also send an email attaching the company benefits. It is now the following Tuesday & I havent heard one word from him. This experience alone has left a very negative outlook on the company & their hiring process.
