I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dixa
Interview
The most enjoyable interview process I've taken part in. The first stage was as much a discussion about what I want out of the role as much as it was about my previous experience. I was able to be myself totally rather than feeling pushed to match myself to what the role might require. The second round gave me a clear understanding of which selling techniques will be integral to success in the role - I was given really helpful feedback there and then.

Interview
The recruiter contacted me, the whole process took around 3-4 weeks. I interviewed with Dixa in April 2022.
The interview flow was very friendly and pleasant.
1st call: with the inner recruiter
2nd call: the screen call with TL of the Talent Acquisition team
3rd call: 1-hour Culture and Professional fit with the Director of Sales
4th call: 1-hour role-play presentation with several stakeholders from Dixa, the task and the brief was provided before
5th call: Offer and process discussion
I was choosing between several offers, and I chose Dixa because I fall in love with its people and culture during the interview.
