Dixon Transition Society interview questions

The interview was casual and easygoing. The interviewers were nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. It was short (~30 minutes) and basic interview questions were asked and I was prepared to answer them. Asked about what I knew about the company, strengths, weaknesses, previous work experience, some situational questions.

Phone screen then conversation with director of communications and executive director. Had to write a practice statement and talk about feminism. The interview process was really straight forward and lots of questions were behavioral.
