Group activity day- they talked about the company and then had us do some team activites and then needed to answer 3 different question sheets, this was then followed by one on one interview. Day went from 9am till 3pm

I would say they select staffs precisely and with all considerations. Perfect interview process. They check you through written test, group interview and personal interview too. And the questions they ask are also pretty twisted.
