Very quick and easy. If you meet the requirements listed on the website they will hire you. The in person interview was to sign paperwork and go over the rules. It was also to give you an opportunity to ask questions.

Interview
We had an online interview due to COVID-19. They started up the video call, asked me a couple of questions about my tutoring experience, and seemed to make a decision right then and there, since they started training me in the new online tutoring programs immediately.
