The interview process involved getting to know the managers and them getting to know me. It felt natural and there were no hard ball questions that threw me off. Overall it felt conversational.

The recruitment team seems disorganized and unprepared for initial calls. This began the experience off with a lack of care and candidate appreciation. The questions asked were very standard and lacked innovation which felt uneasy.

Interview
The process was very easy and streamlined. I had my initial call with the recruiter (Ellie) who was incredibly professional and really got me excited about the role. From then there were three other stages. It didn’t feel as if I was being peppered with questions but instead had interesting conversations about experience and the industry!
