A prolonged 4 interview process over an entire month that included phone, in-person and video conference meetings with sales and marketing personnel. Questions were repetitive and unstructured as well as irrelevant to the position. Complete waist of time and energy. I’m lucky NOT to work here if this is how they deal with interviewees.
