      Spoke to a very friendly and incredibly well-informed person from the People Team, sadly didn't hear back for a few weeks and by the time they came back to me to organize next steps I already had another offer.

      Had a 1-hour interview with a recruiter. Extremely long, eventually never heard back from them, although I was told that I would be informed of next steps by email. Hence, not a great experience. Also, other reviews I've read on similar platforms report the same behavior.

      Déroulé complet du processus de recrutement 1. Premier échange téléphonique individuel : un pré-entretien informel pour valider les grandes lignes du parcours, les motivations et la compréhension du poste. 2. Entretien RH en visio : un rendez-vous en one-to-one pour creuser les attentes, la culture d’entreprise, les valeurs et les conditions contractuelles. 3. Visioconférence avec un interlocuteur métier : un échange approfondi sur les missions, les compétences clés attendues, les outils, et l’organisation de l’équipe. 4. Entretien collectif en visio avec trois personnes : un échange croisé avec plusieurs membres de l’équipe, managers ou parties prenantes, pour évaluer l’adéquation au poste et à l’environnement. 5. Entretien final en présentiel sur site : visite des locaux, rencontre avec d’autres collaborateurs, restitution éventuelle d’un cas pratique, et validation finale des deux côtés.
