I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Referred by an existing employee. Recruiter reached out within a day. After initial telephone interview, onsite interview scheduled within 15 days. On interview day, the recruiter was a true salesman of the company. Sold me from the minute I met the recruiter. Spent full day meeting with peers, team, senior management. Had working lunch interview with team.

Interview
One call with someone who wasn’t in recruiting that found me off LinkedIn and wanted to refer me, then one call with a recruiter. Good questions, seems like a great company.

Interview
An interview process involves a series of conversations between a candidate and employer, typically including initial screening, in-depth interviews, and evaluation of skills and cultural fit, culminating in a job offer if successful.
Key points:
Multiple stages: Often includes a phone screening, followed by in-person or video interviews with various team members.
Assessment focus: Evaluating a candidate's qualifications, skills, and suitability for the role.
Decision making: Employer makes a hiring decision based on the interview process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2019
Interview
The onsite was scheduled after talking to recruiter. The company was very cheap and refused to reimburse travel expenses comparing to other tech companies. I can't imagine working there.

Question 1
The hiring manager kept talking non-stop and jumped into conclusions. He didn't exhibit growth mindset or open mindset.
