Applied and got to pick a date for the phone interview with a Dublin recruiter for a London role. She told me I'm perfect for the role (that was in September 2019) and she said she'd share my CV with the hiring manager and get back in touch the following week as the interview process just started and the submission was still open till 4th October 2019. Two weeks later she still hadn't come back to me and only on a Sunday in early November does she come back to me claiming she shared the CV with the hiring manager but the person was reluctant to look at my CV because at that point in time they 'were quite advanced through the recruitment process for this role' when they got my application. Quite contradictory to what I was told on the phone. Also, the company doesn't even pay the standard rate for a Renewals Specialist in London, where the average is 50k. They don't even pay 40k basic salary.
