I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Pretty straight forward process, submitted my resume online and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. We set up a time to talk and she gave me a quick overview of the position and company and asked a few questions about me and my career aspirations. She asked my availability to come in and interview and I gave her a few days, the next day I got a phone call from another person to double check my availability and schedule my time. I meat with the two team leads for 30 min each and the sales manager of the department for about an hour. After the interview the original recruiter who had given my phone screen called me to check in on how I felt the process went, she was actually in contact with me through the whole process which I thought was great. Received an offer the next day from the sales manager. Pretty refreshing process after a few I have been through. They were quick, and straight forward with what they wanted. They seemed to know exactly what they were looking for in qualifications and personality type. Very conversational style with all of them, the passion for the whole team was almost palpable.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing really that difficult. Pretty basic interview questions, strengths/weaknesses, how do you deal with failure, goal setting, staying motivated. They really felt like they weren't trying to catch me off guard, they just wanted me to be able to communicate clearly who I was, why I wanted to work there, and why I would be a great fit for their company culture.
Completely seamless fast turnaround time respectful interviewers from HR to manager all treat you well. Even provide you with comments for the interview whether good or bad. These comments then help you in the next stage of the interview. Total three rounds. Fast and pain free.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Docusign in Feb 2022
Interview
Uninterested panel interviewers, canned questions after a presentation on background, & experience. If you have years of experience and are not in your 20s, do not waste your time. Ageism is alive and well.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Docusign
Interview
The interview process was really straight forward, first, you will have a phone screening then a fast Zoom interview with 4 managers 15 min each, and the last stage is a presentation + role play.
The interviewers are really helpful through the entire process and I found it to be a really good interviewing process.
