Several disorganized interviews over multiple months, poorly managed by the recruiting and hiring team.
The process included sequential rounds where candidates needed to pass each individual interview before proceeding. The interviewers changed a few times, and weeks passed between interviews. The recruiter would follow up 1-3 weeks after each round and request that we arrange the next interview to take place within the next few business days, which seems an unfair burden to place on a candidate when the company was responsible for delays. Interviews themselves were fine; a few interviewers were great and engaged, others were late and seemed disinterested. They were primarily experience/behavioral interviews.
After what was apparently the final round, I got a brief note that I wasn't selected. No feedback given, and a follow-up request for feedback was ignored, despite the recruiter and HR/TA sending out their own requests for feedback. Why would anyone provide feedback without being given the same courtesy?
Overall, the process felt impersonal, disorganized, and lacked respect for candidates. It did not reflect well on what otherwise seems like a good company.
