It was really easy. Standard questions were asked. Anyone can get this job. Usually interviews are conducted by the area manager at the retail kiosks locations in shopping centers. Overall an easy interview and a good experience.

I would like to second the sentiment of the "Tuggerah" employee and back this up as NOT EXAGGERATED one bit.
I worked for a kiosk for over a year in the same "AREA" as Tuggerah fulls into and therefore had the opportunity to work under the area manger that would have conducted that interview. Please be aware that while the interview process in very easy this is because it is simply a formality. You will be employed solely on whether or not you bend to the will of your superiors. You will be expected to show for work at a moments notice, work without reliable rosters, never complain or ask for support, deal with unhappy customers that are of a never ending supply, lie to customers when you know full well the company is only interested in locking people into a contact with no promise of a reliable service.

If after reading this you still want to work for these people getting a job is easy.
Tell them what they want to hear, smile and be polite. You must have some retail or telco experience to interview in the first place so play that up. Tell them you live for work and nothing else and will bend over backward to do whatever they tell you. Act like you have no mind of your own and would be open to any and all suggestions and you will fit in just fine.
