One interview with HR director with questions on processes, computer skills, typical interview questions. It was pleasant, but there was a huge stack of resumes on her desk. She explained in detail what the job required.

It was a simple process other then most employers. Someone noticed my resume online, I was contact by HR, told to complete a online potential employee profile, filled out a application when I came for the interview with a copy of my resumes in hand, talked with the department manager, and was informed that I was hired all in one week.
