I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DogBuddy
Interview
I only had one interview which I thought went well. They asked me questions that are supposed to be asked in a more advanced stage, like if I was willing to work shifts and weekends, when could I start, etc.
They told me what followed next, they did not say "if we decide to continue..." but they told me that I was going to receive a test.
The day after instead I received the cold standard email saying that they had decided not to move forward.
Overall the HR person was incompetent and definitely it does not speak well of a company: candidates are just like prospects and if you treat your candidates bad, sure you won't treat your customers well.

Question 1
The same old question "Tell us about a difficult situation and how you faced it" plus "When can you start?" "Do you like to work in team?" "Can you work shifts?"
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DogBuddy (Badalona) in Mar 2018
Interview
First part of the interview was OK. Talk with people about what I have done, what they do. Decent two way process.
Then the pointless algorithmic whiteboard question that you will never need to use on the job.
Then the rather large take home technical test, which has a 5 day time limit, no exceptions made for if you have a family or any other commitments.

Question 1
Take home test - design and build a messaging app with login system, (in 5 days, while you are trying to fit in life around a full time job and other things).
