Lean interview process with 3 stages:
- a half-an-hour catch-up with the recruiter
- a full-hour interview with the Director of Engineering which was more behavioural and less technical
- a full-hour interview with 2 team members which was a technical discussion covering my knowledge and how it matches with what tech knowledge the team is looking for
Quite happy with the overall process. Lasted 3 weeks (because of Xmas vacation) but essentially lasted 2 weeks.
The recruiter was very helpful throughout the whole process.
The interviewers made the interviews seem more like discussions than interviews and were thorough in their answers to my questions
