      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dojo (Darlington, North East England, England) in Jan 2017

      Interview

First interview with an agency was superb and very in depth. They e mailed me to say the regional manager would phone me to interview me later and she Diddnt but the coach did. He was on the phone for no more than a couple of minutes and seemed to be in a big hurry. As I had done the job before he said straight away yes you can start. I did think it was all a bit odd.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dojo (Glasgow, Scotland) in Aug 2018

      Interview

Easy, laid back approach. Self employed role, they want hungry driven people to take the product, and drive it to businesses. You meet with a consession manager and a regional sales manager and go through your paces. This is all after the telephone interview.

      Business Development Manager Interview

      7 Sept 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dojo

      Interview

It was a two stage phone interview. First with a general HR employee who was friendly and enquiring about general experience. And second phone interview was with a Regional Manager. He was also really nice and it wasn't a forced interview. No behavioural questions either. And no aggressive questioning. I believe it is quite casual as they are not paying you a salary but just finding out if you would be a good representative.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

All were general questions about my work history. A little bit on sales and how I generated leads.
