3 interviews. An initial interview with the manager and a team member. Second interview is a role play with two managers. Third was a meeting with a team member to ask them about the role and culture.

1 phone interview, 1 face to face interview and last interview that involved role play with 2 of their staff members. Overall, a huge waste of time to set aside. The company takes their time in getting back to you - so be prepared to wait and get a lame excuse.
The 'role play' is based around a scenario in which you will be tested for your ability.
