I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dominium (Plymouth, MN) in Dec 2019
Interview
I had two phone interviews before I was invited to have an in-person interview. The in-person interview process included a full day of 5 interviews each with 1-2 current analysts/associates and a 30 min excel test.
Normal, what I would expect - had to do a personality test after first interview that took 45 min +. Never been a huge fan of the personality tests, especially the ones like the one that they gave.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
* What would your teachers/professors say is your strength? Weakness?
* Most challenging aspect of my work? What do I enjoy the most about my current work?
* Tell me about a time you went above and beyond at work
They asked the typical interview questions - nothing that really caught me off guard. They really push their 6-month internship during your last school semester. They emphasize that you need to work hard in order to make it at this company.
Thank you for your feedback. Our Development Internship program is a Semester-long program (3-4 months) that we offer Fall, Spring, & Summer Semesters. It's true we do hire many of our successful Interns, some of who are now Project Partners and VP's. Dominium is a hard-working company which we, do make clear in our interviews to set an honest expectation for our applicants.
