I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Domino's (Kansas City, MO) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview was very informal with the GM. She is a great lady with many years of experience and I enjoyed this time with her. After completing the criminal back ground check and the driver history I was ready to start. This company is pretty desperate for managers so it was not a hard process at all. I got the impression that I would've been hired with very little experience even if I had bombed the interview.
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.
Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
