I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Domino's (Lacrosse, WA) in Sept 2009
Interview
I stopped by the store and spoke with the manager. I asked if it was necessary for me to know the delivery area before I started because I had just moved to town the day before. I was told that wasn't a requirement. He asked if I had a car, blue pants, and sneakers. I did. Then he asked when I could start. I started the next day.
Very straightforward interview that was informative and professional. They had me come in and gave me a tour of the shop, and introduced me to each of the employees. I then sat down with the general manager for the formal interview.
The interview process at Domino's typically involves a few key steps:
1. **Application:** Submit an online application or visit a local store to express interest.
2. **Initial Screening:** A brief phone interview may be conducted to discuss your availability and interest in the position.
3. **In-Person Interview:** If selected, you'll have an in-person interview with a manager, where they’ll ask about your work experience, customer service skills, and availability.
4. **Job Offer:** Successful candidates may receive a job offer immediately or within a few days, often along with details about training.
Overall, the process is generally straightforward and focused on assessing your fit for the team.
Very quick and easy and I would totally recommend them to anyone wanting quick work as the interview process is very quick and easy. So all good on that front.
