I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Domino's (Colorado Springs, CO) in Apr 2012
Interview
It was very brief. I was called in to one of the stores in the franchise during slow hours. One of the two franchise supervisors sat me down in the back and asked me very typical interview questions. I was offered a job right then and there. The interviewer was incredibly relaxed - it was probably the least stressful interview of my life.

Question 1
Do you consider being lazy on the job as stealing from the company?
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.
Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
