The interview process was quick and easy, took about 25 minutes to complete. The owner was very nice and easy to talk to. It almost felt like I was talking to one of my friends. He asked a few questions to get a feel for my personality to see if i would be a good fit for the company.
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
