I am grateful for the interview. However, I was promised a zoom interview. The day before, they reduced it down to a phonecall. The job posting is advertised as junior level pay, so I took with a grain of salt that I am familiar with around 2/5 software platforms - because I am excellent at the 2 I know, and so I figured I will learn the others just fine. The interview lasted only ten minutes, and after acknowledging, "I'm not yet familiar with x and y platforms, but I looked into them and this is why I think I'm still a good fit" she chalked it up to a wash and said This is not a good fit. *Which clearly resonated with me as: they are looking for senior level skill for junior level pay*
