i got a test for .net development which was supposed to be for beginners somehow , but it takes someone with professionals skills to solve it , so if someone tries to solve for most of it should be accepted , on the fly but the people who make the interview and get to answer the questions who are supposedly professionals don't know about the code when they dig in , they make up for what they lack by their attitude , unfortunately they have tests they don't have answers for .
and what bothered me was that they ask questions , which are personal , like if you are smart and that good as you pretend can't you get the answers on your own and step up the game a little .
they are time consuming for nothing , there are way better companies , i think what they are trying to do is to give the illusion that they are way too good for anyone to join them .
if this was my homeland i wud've get this company out of the market by connections and money , i guess they are lucky , this was not my homeland
