Interview process was fairly straightforward, polite, respectful, and above all else very business like which to me was very appreciated.
Interview needed to be rescheduled by the employer a few times which was a bit frustrating however.
In passing, mention of a another round of interviews would be required if I passed this interview stage. Perhaps it is just me but if not made clear of the entire interview process i.e. number of rounds, lengths tests etc. it would have been appreciated to hear something along the lines of "Ok if selected for next round of interviews you'll be contacted" as I now sit here wondering if i caught what I heard correctly....another round?....one and done just waiting to hear if selected? I have no clear idea.
So now the question so many of us faces : How long do you wait to hear something back before calling to inquire? And with that no clarification first try welp you guessed it how many times do you reach out with out upsetting the potential employer!?
Hey just a little clarification from employers on how the selection process is set up would be in my opinion a small thing that would go along way for many job seekers with whom are likely already under alot of stress or pressure.
But I digress, over all a good interview, the management team on the teams meeting were great to interact with all told.
Second round?!
