Question 1
How do you deal with adverse challenges that can be sometimes suddenly thrown at you?
The interview process was pretty straightforward. A phone screening was scheduled with two of the senior team members. From there, a 1-on-1 in-person meeting was scheduled with one of the co-founders. A more casual, conversational style interview which I appreciated. Allowed me to conclude that I was dealing with real people who were passionate about their business, but also are very human and understand that a work/life balance is key to happiness in the workplace. Overall, a positive experience and yet professional enough for both sides to understand the responsibility aligned with the role and expectations.
