I applied online. I interviewed at Double (New York, NY) in Jul 2020
Interview
I was made to take a test, and answer really boring questions. It seemed like a way to gauge my experience, but was placed within parameters that were set at a certain bar.

Interview
I had a great experience with my first and second interviewers, both very kind, transparent, and engaging. I see some reviewers had a less positive experience than I did. I will say I come from environments that can be demanding so I was very well prepared for the interviews, because I developed the habit to be ready for anything. I didn't feel grilled or like they asked tough questions at all, but again I didn't have warm fuzzy managers/interviews prior to this. They did ask practical questions about how you handle different situations so if you have never been in that situation, I can see how that could be tough.

Question 1
From the online assessment before the interviews, there was a calendar question with a picture of a calendar asking how you might adjust things to free up time that week, there were a couple of travel questions. I feel like if you aren't used to booking travel often and with executives that don't tell you exactly what they want the travel questions could be challenging. There are probably multiple correct answers which can make you second guess yourself. It's not multiple choice, you write it out like you would an email or itinerary.

Interview
I was sent an assessment after I applied with some scenarios. The whole thing took a long time, and it is very subjective. I do not see how two or more people could read them and come up with the same thoughts on a possible candidate. Most scenarios did not give enough information for all they requested. I was told they would not want to move forward after, understandable they have many applicants. I wish they could let us know a bit more about who exactly makes the decisions.

Question 1
There were 4 questions regarding bookings of hotels and trips. My responses had to be in email format.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Double (New York, NY) in Jun 2021
Interview
After you first apply online, you get sent a set of questions to answer re: your EA skills, and how you'd handle scenarios. If you pass that round, you move forward to a call with Natasha, the Talent Acquisition Specialist, who was a joy to speak with. It was like talking with a friend, and truly enjoyed the casual environment. Based on that conversation, you would move to the final interview. The final interview is pretty chill with a more "being drilled" kind of interview.
