HR will conduct a phone interview and then you take a written exam. Once you are passed, you will be interviewed by the Hiring Manager. They do a typical interview. They will ask about your previous job eexperience.

Interview
Step 1 will be Exam, step 2 will be the HR interview and last step will be the Department Head interview. After you clear or complete it, it will depends if they will accept you. Then last is job offer if you pass that 3 steps.
