I was impressed by the interview process at DoubleDutch. From the moment I first applied, I could tell that the company was serious about hiring and finding the right talent. I took that as a good indication of a company that valued their employees. The interview process involved several different stages but after each interview, you were quick to schedule the next round if you were successful. There were a couple of assignments that were asked of me that were difficult but they prepared me well for some of the discussions that followed.
