Dougherty County School System interview questions

The interview was long and it had average questions. The process is good but the salary is horrible. Make sure to ask about the salary. It will help out alot. Also look up your salary. I have a 4 year degree and I was told that I would get paid $12,500 a year which is aggravating.

Interviewed with the principal and other staff from different schools that were hiring. Once the interview was over they sent my information to Human Resources office. Interview didn’t take long but the hiring process seem like it is.
