I met with the owner, which turned what seemed like a great opportunity into a situation where I immediately wanted out. It was very poorly organized (he was over 30 minutes late, had no relevant questions), and largely consisted of him bad mouthing current and former employees by name, going on a racist rant about Asians, and discussing every topic in an arrogant and argumentative way. He kept going on fits about loyalty, which later acknowledged was due to not being able to keep anyone in the role without them quitting (wonder why).
