Interview
The process was quite thorough. All parties I would report to were present and explained job responsibilities and asked questions. All job requirements were laid out in a easy to understand format. The questions asked all pertained directly to the job. The biggest concerns seemed to be prioritization skills, teamwork And ability to work under pressure.
