Received a call to to complete the assessment test. I completed the assessment test and was called back for an interview. The interview went well and the interviewer assured me I would hear back from them regardless of their decision but she completely ghosted me. I found it very funny because she thought it was so awful to email candidates rejections and she said they always call every candidate. I would prefer an email rejection instead of being ghosted. I've never experienced this and find it extremely immature. It only takes a few minutes to respond to an email or call. I came in for a hour interview, the least I can get is a response. Very unprofessional I see why they have such a low ratings on Glassdoor.

Interview
Online application, first interview was with the recruiter and hiring manager, second was with CEO, hiring manager, and another AVP. I was asked to prepare a campaign for a product. Gave a detailed presentation with tons of specific ideas.. got positive feedback from the CEO that it was a “great interview”.. then never heard from the team again.

Interview
1st interview was more of how you could benefit the company. Interviewer was very professional and nice. 2nd interview was unorganized. I felt the questions was more personal due to me relocating for the position. At one point in the Interview I was told by the female cinnamon life is very different out here. She stated "your aggressive." Even went as far as telling me that I will fit right in if I was in Wilmington which was insulting. Leaving the 2nd interview I knew I wasn't getting a call and I normally have a positive outlook in everything. I've interviewed many people in my profession which is the reason that I was shocked at some of the things that was said to me.
