I had an in-person interview and the manager contacted several of the references I provided. It was fairly relaxed compared to other interview processes I have been through, though this was one of my first jobs. The interview took place at the store. I think the interview was good and all the questions I was asked were fair and pretty straightforward. There were no phone interviews or anything for the position I was interviewing for.
