Downe House interview questions

down House Riyadh: I was interviewd by the headteacher. I applied for head of Mathematics position. I was not offered it but was offered a Maths Teacher job.. I didnt accept as this was not what I interviewed for. I was then offered head of Maths to convince me to take the school (confused as to why I wasnt offered it at first). i think it was just a tactic to keep me as I had another offer at another school. The head teacher promised multiple things. she delayed me and tried to delay me by saying ill get back to you but never did. as soon as I said can we talk about it to negotiate i heard nothing from them for days. I lost my offer in the other school and did not get any reply from Downe House. I do not recommend at all very unprofessional and lack of communication/ honesty.
