Dragon360 interview questions

I applied via-online on a job site. After few days got an email about answering marketing questions as a prescreen. After answering them, I never heard back after few attempts on follow up. This is a big waste of time if you are going to email and not even respond back. Like ghosting via email communication is just as bad when ghosting an interview.

The interview process was great. Very personal, professional yet casual enough. The questions were unique and well thought out. I certainly got the feeling that they valued my time in addition to theirs. In short, even if I had not gotten the job I would have been impressed with the thought they put into their interviews.
