Fairly informal but in-depth interviews with senior leadership following several pre-screening telephone interviews to establish suitability for the role. The face-to-face interview was as much an opportunity for me to establish the company's future direction and learn more about Draken as it was to assess me - the correct way to interview future employees. An interviewer needs to sell their company's advantages as much as a potential employee needs to sell their own.
