Position is specifically looking for someone that has a large range of connections within the industry. Although I had a wide arrange of connections, it wasn't for the exact department they were looking for and the recruiter was immediately disinterested in what I had to say despite my 10 years of sales and leadership experience. Told me that if I was lucky I could start off with referrals and slowly work my way into an hourly position with them. Definitely a slap to the face as I've held senior and leadership sales roles. Unfortunately this interview has swayed my overview of the company towards a negative direction.

Question 1
Interviewer proceeded to talk about the company for about 30 minutes and didn't ask me any real interview questions
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Drip (CA) (Bengaluru) in Sept 2023
Interview
First round was DS algo and problem solving round followed by Android specific round. I am an Indian and lives in India. The position was a remote position. I was interviewed in first week of September 2023. DS algo round went well and interviewer was friendly and skilled but experience while android and kotlin round was worst. The interviewer (android and kotlin round) was very egoistic, unprofessional and incompetent. I suggest the hiring team to record all the interview sessions for review.
the first interview is of DSA on a google meet. They have a pre-requirement of DSA and then niche skills like iOS and swift, but i didn't get pass it because they needed 5+ yoe.
