I was an easy process. The owner was nice and asked a lot of questions. I didn't get the job i think because I needed a little more experience for such a busy shop.

Interview
The owner met me at Starbucks. He showed up late. He didn't bring a laptop or even a notepad to write on. Maybe this is why he was "confused" about my salary expectations. The moral of the story is that upon the agreed upon 30 day review (which I had to plead for and received after 38 days) he increased my salary by 50 cents instead of the agreed upon $2.00. There is nothing worse than a liar. His alleged confusion due to his lack of preparation is an unacceptable excuse for such deception. Don't waste your time.

It doesn't matter what he asked. He was not actively listening. He lacks the ability to do so.
Completely unprofessional and dirty. Interview was completely unprofessional just asked basic questions but then was offered to come in and shadow- BIGGEST mistake. The woman I was shadowing was completely unprofessional, uneducated, and just plain mean. Got upset serveral times because I asked questions since she literally had me WORK for 4 hours straight (not shadow) and would just throw work at me and get mad when I didn't do it perfectly. Mind you, I only interviewed gotten asked a few basic questions, had no prior plumbing experience and came in to see if I would even like the basic job duties. Let's just say after slaving away for 4 hours for free- I would NEVER consider working here.

I'm sorry to hear that your experience interviewing with our company was so unpleasant. We do try to maintain a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, and want all of our employees to feel comfortable expressing any concern(s) they may have. At no time, were your concerns voiced, as we would have slowed the process down to give you a complete and thorough understanding of what this position requires. We are a fast passed industry and need to handle emergencies as they arise. This position is not for everyone. We do appreciate your time in coming in for the training and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
