Sat with 4 different ppl. Conversation was okay and they asked me about myself and different scenarios and wrote notes about my responses and experience from my resume after having me introduce myself.

How would I handle a high stress situation.
What my previous experience has been like.
And how that would help me in this role.
Do I like presenting and explaining.
What do I know about the car industry.
Recruiter reached out to me inviting me to apply for the CSM position. I was sent two separate assessments to complete, took about 30-40 minutes to complete. Within 1-2 hours they requested to setup a phone interview. I will update once phone interview is complete.
