Interview
It started off as basic past experience questions and then led into role-playing scenarios. I was also asked to be at the front desk for about an hour to see how I liked the work & environment.

"Pretend I'm a customer who is angry about waiting too long for their appointment. How would you handle the situation?"
The interview process was very relaxed. I was taken you some chairs in the back of the salon and we reviewed my resume and the interviewer asking some basic questions about my experience and interest in the field. I was then asked back for a follow up interview where I would shadow another bartender.
