I was interviewed over a year ago passed but didn't pass the auditions and I wasn't hired. This time they were opening new shops so they contacted the stylist who were interested for auditions and I got the job after 2 auditions and started training. Liked this better because they taught me. Last year I bel they wanted me to have that experience

I interviewed at Drybar (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
First was a sit down interview with the manager, which was scheduled by a recruiter. Then came back and auditioned with a model a blowout and curls. It was pretty straightforward.
Easy interview - your availability and you do a test run of doing someone’s blow out. You bring a client to style and show you can do a service within 45mins.

Question 1
What is my availability and can I make it to training times.
Interview was casual, I had worked at a previous location, so I felt like it wasn't as in depth for that reason. It was two parts, one was just a chat with the hiring manager, the other was a half day of technical styling on clients to prove you can do the styles.

Question 1
They asked how I got along with clients and stylists, working through a difficult situation or unhappy guest.
