The interview process was very relaxed. I was taken you some chairs in the back of the salon and we reviewed my resume and the interviewer asking some basic questions about my experience and interest in the field. I was then asked back for a follow up interview where I would shadow another bartender.

Super easy... Interviews are honestly a joke! Interview is typically a one on one with manager that lasts any where from 5 - 10 minutes. Make sure you are super bubbly and happy as this is what they look for!
