Interview
I submitted my application and was emailed asking if I wanted to come and speak to the sole partner. After hearing my northern accent he reiterated the importance of literacy in the role, despite my being educated to degree level with editorial experience, and even asked me to do a spelling test, spelling words like "committee" and "accommodation". The whole interview felt demeaning.
