I sat down with one owner who had nothing to ask me, just wanted to explain the job, that is it. I was told about what they were looking for. I was told about benefits, I was not asked if I had any questions. The process was uncomfortable because when I did try and explain "who I was", they simply didn't want to here it and spoke over me.
