Test was on a computer very difficult. Definitely need customer service experience.I was a pass or fail. You either moved through process or went on to a face to face interview with an HR person and a Manager of the department you will be working in. Personality might havea little to do with like any interview .How well will you along with people. 50 word minimum here??

Phone interview, test, drug test, background check, second interview. The phone interview took at least 30 minutes. Then a basic Knowledge test of meters and math skills, typing test. A urinalysis taken at Quest Diagnostic. Then a basic interview.
