2 candidates interviewed by 2 different managers at the same time, unfortunately I was interviewed by a manager who clearly doesn't like interviewing people. I could hear the other manager making jokes where as I guy who interviewed me barely gave me eye contact.

There were questions already prepared based on the your resume & what position you applied for and what she is looking for. She will ask you about your availability and answer any questions needed such as the various types of positions, stores, etc. Then if offered position the next step is told.
